Suggest Ways For Penis Growth In One Who Had Surgery For Hernia Removal?

Hi I'm John, I'm 19 & have a question on penis growth & enlargement, I had surgery before 1-3 years old of getting a hernia removed in my testicals, does that effect my penis growth & enlargement ? Or do you know what's the best thing for me to take(pills or natural foods) to get my penis to grow bigger & larger ? Thank you & have a great day.

Hi,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
I had seen similar cases and doubts in my clinic especially among young males.You should not worry about it because hernia repair has nothing to do with your penis size or sexual life.
Hernia is just protrusion of your bowel and surgeon had corrected that defect.It will not affect your sex hormones or sex organs.Since you have reached 19,You almost reached the adult size of your penis,so hernia repair has no role in it.
There is no proven drug available to increase penis size.In fact you don't need any.All you can do is
1.Have healthy diet and drink plenty of water.
2.Do not use recreational drug.
3.Avoid stresses and have adequate sleep.
4.Avoid unhealthy sexual practice.
If unwanted anxiety affect your daily life I suggest you to consult a psychologist or a medical social worker,One or two sessions of counselling probably solve all your problems.
