Hlo mam, i really need ur help ...my height is 165 cm & my weight is 87 ineed 2 reduce 20 kg with in 2 months i mean by this Aug as i am getting married on Aug 2nd & i really need ur advice hope u will help me out atleast i need 2 reduce 10kg min.....looking fwrd 4 ur reply

Perhaps I managed a reply earlier too for your problem. And I am sure you must have started working on those lines.

Anyway, first of all define your goal. So its at least 10kgs. Now make a chart of Do's and Don'ts and paste it on front wall of the dining table.

You have to curb intake of calories and you have to increase the output. Join the gym and your instructor will guide you how to reduce maximum with every kind of workout in there. Its the technique that matters.

Add:- vegetables, fruits, salads high fiber diets, plenty of fluids.

Curb:- carbohydrates, fats, high proteins, refined floor, fast food, caffeinated drink, sodas, energy drinks.
