Suggest Treatments For Popping Issue In The Mid Chest

I have a popping issue in the middle of my chest. I find if I sit at a weird angle or position, I get pain in the centre of my chest and everything locks up. I find that when I pull my shoulders back, it sometimes clicks back into place - but doing this it is painful until it clicks but then I am fine. The clicking into place really hurts as my chest feels really stiff and dosnt want to click. It started off once in a while but now it is getting more frequent. This worries me and I don t know what to do.

We have to rule out possible causes like a cervical rib. Consult a thoracic surgeon and plan for a CT thorax.
