Suggest Treatments For High Temperature And Increased Heart Rate

Hello! i am having elevated body temperature from last 3 days. that does not happen during all the time in a day. but experiencing frequently through out the day. Moreover, also feeling like increasing heart rate, as if just completed a race, even if i keep sitting. i have started experiencing it one week before (approx) my due date of my period. please let me know why this is happening and what is the possible solution or that.

i am not sure what temp you have recorded on the thermometer ,but it looks like you might be experiencing hot flushes if you are in the menopausal group,or simple check on your thyroid hormones might be helpful or you might have been experiencing an infection .There are many reasons which might cause an elevated temperature ranging from deranged hormones,infections,anxiety or due to stress which tend to cause an increse in heart rate ,so its better you get evaluated by a physician first to ascertain any cause.
