Suggest Treatment To Repair Posterior Annular Tear, Grade 3
What is the best option to repair a posterior annular tear, grade 3. I have had this for 31/2 years. I have gone through extensive PT, injections, electrical stimulation, manual therapy, and drugs. I don t want to live the rest of my life not being able to stand sit or walk for any length of time. I m 58 and can no longer work.

I have studied your case and I think that this can be cured with surgery if all other measures are not successful till now. I would recommend you to get a MRI and see what is the extent of this lesion. if this is very severe then you need to discuss with spine surgeon or neurosurgeon and get it removed.After this surgery you will feel complete pain relief and able to do all work very easily.
