General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Skin tag should be treated by a dermatologist.
The most common treatment procedures consist in:

-Cryotherapy: Freezing the skin tag with liquid nitrogen.
-Surgical removal: Removing the skin tag with scissors or a scalpel.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
