As per your query you have melasma on the cheek even after trying a lot of treatments. I would suggest you wash your face twice daily with cold water and mild soap and after washing face apply a cream containing kojic acid (kojivit cream), which is safe and effective. Also, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 while under exposure to sun and exfoliate your face one a week to remove dead skin. If the condition doesn't get improve in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may also recommend chemical peeling and light therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
