Hi,

If you're experiencing irregular periods, bloating, and hormonal imbalance, there are several treatment options that may help. One option is to make lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy weight, reducing stress, and exercising regularly. These changes can help to regulate the menstrual cycle and reduce bloating.

Dietary changes can also be helpful in managing these symptoms. Eating a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein can help to regulate hormones and reduce bloating. Herbal remedies such as chaste berry, ginger, and turmeric may also be helpful in regulating the menstrual cycle and reducing bloating.

In some cases, hormonal contraceptives such as the pill or intrauterine devices (IUDs) can be used to regulate periods and manage hormonal imbalances. However, it's understandable that you may not want to use hormonal contraceptives. In this case, your doctor may prescribe other medications such as progestins to regulate your menstrual cycle.

As for the use of Primolut, it's important to discuss this option with your healthcare provider. Primolut is a medication that contains the hormone progestin and is commonly used to regulate periods. However, it can have side effects and may not be suitable for everyone.

In summary, there are several options available to manage irregular periods, bloating, and hormonal imbalances. It's important to discuss your symptoms with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and the most appropriate treatment for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
