Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins
,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
I can understand that you are eager to start the LIPO 6 , but I would suggest you to try it the natural way.
But I would suggest you to check your serum TSH
, fT4 ,fT3 levels . Check if you have a thyroid dysfunction
often causes weight gain.
