Hai,
Being overweight and obese may got some pathological reason too. conditions like Hypothyroid,PCOD weight gain is a common finding.

first we should rule out the cause for your weight gain.

if your are taking more calories then your daily recommended calories,obivously there must be a weight gain constantly.

kindly visit your physician to rule out the cause and the nutrionist to calculate your BMI(body mass index) and depends on that change your lifestyle including diet plan and exercise.
