Hi,

Weight loss needs commitment.Ita quite possible with persistent commitment.

The best strategy is diet and exercise. Diet should be reduced and high carbs diet like sweets , sheets , drinks , should be avoided al together . Fruits and vegetables are ok. Meeting a dietician is best here.

Daily exercise is also needed. Once this is done, you can also start some drugs as well. So it's always possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
