Hi,

I see that you find it difficult to control your blood sugar although you have been diagnosed since 25 years now.

To my opinion, you should prepare a strict diet plan according to your daily needs.

Physical activity is also very important to keep your diabetes under control.

Next, you should get tested for other metabolic or hormonal problems that might influence your high blood sugar levels.

Fighting stress and anxiety is also very important to improve glucose levels. Stress relieving techniques together with physical activity and drinking anti-stress tea (containing chamomile, Aloe vera, Valerian) can also help.

Hope it helped!
