Is there anything that can strengthen the sac from rupturing early?
I'm 26 with 1 yr old twins. I'm 15wk pregnant and around 139lbs.
My water broke at 36 weeks...I was put on Pitocin b/c I wasn't dialated. I was wondering if there is something natural that will strengthen your sac?

Rupture of sac at 36 weeks is not premature in case of twins.
You should take adequate rest, avoid exertion and stress.
Otherwise, there are no ways to strengthen the membranes.
