I m very scared right now. What I read about panic attacks relate to me very well. It started months ago when I got sick, now I m afraid that I will again. I sometimes can t leave the house because I m too afraid. I feel a lot of discomfort, but my mom tells me to ignore the little pains and enjoy life. Waiting for you to get sick is like waiting for the day you die... She would always say that... She got sick earlier, but she said you can t help getting sick. I just wish I wasn t so paranoid. I m scared of anything that might be wrong with me...I don t know how much longer I can take this...please help me out...
People with panic disorder have sudden and repeated attacks of fear that last for several minutes. Sometimes symptoms may last longer. These are called panic attacks. Panic attacks are characterized by a fear of disaster or of losing control even when there is no real danger. Advice 1. Clonazepam 0.25 mg daily at bed time per oral for 2 months 2. Paroxetine 20 mg daily per oral at bed time for 2 months 3. Discuss with your family about your problem 4. Do not stay alone, be with your family 5. Try to repeatedly expose with the situation which predisposes a panic attack. It will make you adaptable to the situation and will not cause further panic attack Thanks
