Suggest Treatment To Lower The Blood Pressure

I am 57 years old, female. I don t smoke, drink occasionally, and exercise regularly. I am 5 1 and weigh 105 pounds. I used to have very normal blood pressure - in the past few months it has become very high average about 145/75 daily. I am a vegetarian also. What should I do to help decrease my blood pressure? Thank you.
