Hello Doctor I Am Vinodh Basically My Skin Tone Is Dark ..But Some what my Body colour is better than My face and neck amd my face and neck is so dark. I really appreciate your concern, such tone is not due to any disease and does not need any treatment, the only thing you can do is try to avoid going I sun or use best sun screen, or try to cover the skin with cotton cloth hope this information helps.
