Dermatologist 's  Response
hi. I have read your question and understand your concern.

small depressions can be treated with fillers. there are many types of fillers available. also our body's fat or cartilage can be used as a filler. in your case a cartilage would be most appropriate.

the procedure requires a minor surgery. first the cartilage is removed and then it is placed in the defect.

I suggest you see a plastic surgeon who can guide you further.

hope this helps. for any further questions please get back to us. thanks.
