Suggest Treatment To Enliven The Dead Looking Skin

I used to have a glowing fair skin shade. Despite my mother warning me to take care of my skin color I ignored her. I am 17 years and my skin color is extremely uneven. The color of my hands and feet look as tough of a different person. I look tanned. I this a part of hormonal changes because I do not go much out in the sun. How can I enliven my dead-looking skin?

Hi,

You seem to have uneven coloured skin ... may be genetic or due to tanning or vitamin and nutritional deficiencies.

Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would recommend you to take vitamin B complex and vitamin C tablets. You may also take glutathione tablets prescribed by your doctor.Cover the skin by sunscreen lotion. Apply vitamin E containing lotion on the body at night. Improve diet with nutritional alums. Avoid worries and stress. Take enough sleep and do exercise.

Hope this helps.
