Hello,

I would recommend giving her one tablet Captopril sublingually. It will help reduce her blood pressure values very fast. If these blood pressure values persist in the next days, I would recommend consulting with her attending physician and discussing the possibility of making some changes to her actual anti-hypertensive therapy (increase the doses or adding new drugs).
