Suggest Treatment To Control Blood Pressure

I went to my cardiologist yesterday and my blood pressure was 144/88. I have never had my blood pressure that high. I am always on the low side. I am not sure if my stress has a lot to do with it. Please advice on how I can reduce my blood pressure
