I went to my cardiologist yesterday and my blood pressure was 144/88. I have never had my blood pressure that high. I am always on the low side. I am not sure if my stress has a lot to do with it. Please advice on how I can reduce my blood pressure
At this level of blood pressure you don't need any medicines.you must focus on healthy life style.reduce salt intake,go for regular walk for 30 minutes avoid mental stress .monitor blood pressure regularly.if u gave other risk factor check up blood pressure more frequently.your bp should be belowb140/90 if u r below age of 60 and below 150/90 if your age is above 60.
