Suggest Treatment That Help Alleviate Pain In The Hand
I think I pinched a nerve in my hand while sleeping. I have stabbing pain in the palm of my hand that shoots into my fingers. It hurts to touch anything. I can t get into my doctor until tomorrow. What can I do to alleviate the pain? I have taken ibuprofen, but that has not helped

Cover the palm of your hand with warm clothing. Try to raise your hand and arm. Put a pillow under your arm to ease the pain. This until you see your doctor.
