Suggest Treatment Severe Cramps In The Leg

I am a 61yo white male suffering from leg cramp, I take Meloxicamfor arthritis,and allopurinol for gout,my work calls for long hours on my feet.The pain keeps me from sleeping .I take max dose of acetaminophen to help,but nothing helps,any suggestions?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren gel.

Heat compresses can also be very helpful.
