Suggest Treatment Options For Upper Abdominal Pain In Woman

I am a 23 year old woman. I am having upper abdominal pain. It s in the middle of my chest right underneath my bra strap and spreads to my back and seems like my ribs and diaphragm are cramping up. It makes hard to breathe right and I can t bend in certain ways or it gets much worse. I had this a month or so ago but just rested and it got better but now it s back. I don t know if I should go to the ER or not. What should I do?
