Suggest Treatment Options For Skin Inflammation With Red Patches And Bumps

I have an outbreak all over my body of bumps and some red patches and when I scratch them even lightly the marks are left everywhere like I ve been beat with a whip. I went to the HMO yesterday and they are treating me with and allerg. reaction and scabies and exima. They called it a sulfacetamide - Rash(active) They gave me a staroid shot and I m going to start Benidryl Permethrin Prednisone, Cipro. I guess what I m asking before I go through with all that since the shot didn t have much of an effect and they don t really know is should I see a skin specialest?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms and history is given here it could be due to some urticaria and it may be self limiting, if symptoms does not improved then second generation antihistamine can be tried and best drug would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
