Suggest Treatment Options Available For Keratoconus Of The Eye

Hi I have a Keratoconus in my right eye, I did corneal topography test, it shows as K reading 49.90 I. S 2.16d and KISA % 244, my doctor suggested me for C3R shall I go for it? Or is another option available? Last time when I did the test 6 months ago it was 49.83 and 1.81D and 182% ,so shall I go collagen crosslinking or any other options such as RGP lenses?
