I have a six year old son and I would like to give you a small list of the things he has had going on in his short life and see if anyone has any ideas as to if he has some underlying medical condition that his personal doctor isn t finding. He was 6 weeks early but healthy, was in hospital for 12 days because he couldn t keep his temperature up. He had Hypospadia and could not be circumsized, he had surgery on it at 2 years old. He was born with his second and third toes webbed. He doesn t seem to feel pain like any child I have been around and I have two others. He actually touched the heater twice when he was a baby and kept going back until we removed him. Oh, he was a constant head banger in his crib also. He banged his head so much it was mushy in the back for a while, it did seem to get better after he stopped. We went thru great lengths to protect him from doing it because he was hurting himself. He has Baker s cysts behind both knees, he bruises easily and all the time. His toenails have never grown right since he was a baby and now they are even worse and he almost always has what the doctors call athletes foot but I just don t think that s what it is. The medications they have given him and the over the counter meds we use for it never really make it go away. And right now its so bad his skin has come off of all his toes and spreading down his feet. He has a constant cough and almost everytime I take him to his doctor, he has strep throat. I am a worried sick mother and I feel like this is all getting out of hand. Please help me decide if he has something serious that may be causing all of this. Thank you, Kristy
