Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection

This is a bit embarrassing for me, I ve had a yeast infection for almost a year now, I m 14 and I was too embarassed to tell my mom about it so I let it go on, since then it has reappeared after every period, I finally told my mom after a long time, we ve tried alot of things, I don t wear tight clothes I have cotton underwear and I ve taken probiotics and Boric acid suppositories and when I first went into the doctor I had two oral pills that didnt work , the boric acid does make it die down and I rarely have itchiness or pain anymore but I m just very concerned about my future with this, It s gone on for so long and I can t edit my diet because its hard as a student to get in really healthy mostly vegtable meals. This all just makes me very upset and I d like to get some insight.
