Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection After Taking Cefpodoxime
I have been prescribed cefpodoxime for bronchitis, I am prone to yeast infections after taking antibiotics. The doctor also prescribed fluconazole to help with the side effects of antibiotics. My question is when is the best time to take fluconazole, before, during or after taking the antibiotics?

First, there is no interactions between Cefpodoxime and fluconazole. Cefpodoxime is a drug for which time of medication is indifferent for efficacy, but which are better tolerated if taken with a meal. Fluconazole is a Medication for which time of medication in relation to the meal is indifferent. then, fluconazole can be taken before, during or after meal, and Cefpodoxime must be taken with meals.
