Suggest Treatment For Wrinkles Around The Eyes

Hi,I am 35 years old woman.who had an lower wisdom tooth extracted 2 months ago.my left side of my face seems to be hanging a bit longer down than the right side.it look my cheekbone has become flat and I have gotten wrinkles on the side of my eye and mouth. It looks older than the right side. My dentist gave me local enasticia and he told me the tooth is not connected to bone or nerve,so very easy to extract, it took like 20 to 30 minutes. After extraction he didn t give me any antibiotics also,he gave me just pain killers. But my concern everything went good, but after that my face got flat . Please suggest me some solution.

Please contact a plastic surgeon or maxillofacial surgeon for your condition. It seems that you had some damage to the nerve. Local anaesthesia might have been the cause for your condition. I would not like to recommend anything for you wrinkles as the basic cause has to be tackled first.
