Suggest Treatment For Wrinkled Skin And Spots On Penis

I have a few spots on my penis, along with wrinkled skin and some peeling skin, No pain, Have had this on and off for about 3 months. The first 3 times (almost weekly) its started with extreme itching and peeling. My brother is a doctor but not a dermatologist, I used hydrocortisone cream which got rid of itching and most of the red and dry skin.

give your sex habit and marital status.donot use hydrocortizone. use any drug after diagnosis.if proper history isnotavailable then have std test.
