hi, i have white spots on my glans. they are not painful, itchy, or raised or anything, it s just discoloration. i have noticed this in the past (at least a couple years), but it seems like there are more tonight. is this something to be worried about? i m 35.

This may be something called vitiligo which is a loss of pigmentation.
It isn't serious and can be treated with tacrolimus cream but you need to have a doctor look at it
