Suggest Treatment For White Bumps And Red Spots On Cheeks And Around The Sides Of Mouth

It s been almost 8 months already, I started breaking out on my chin and all around the sides of my mouth to my cheeks, I have red spots and white bumps, when I pop the bumps white stringy thing comes out. If I don t pop them it stays like that for a long time and if I do it clears my skin, but always comes back.. It gets my skin really irritated, I ve tried over the counter creams and nothing works.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. Whats your age? What kind of over the counter creams have you applied?
It seems you are having acne (pimples). You can post pictures for a more definitive diagnosis. Meanwhile, you can try clindamycin gel twice daily for relief. Also, dont pick your lesions. It might leave ugly scars.
Hope it helps.
