Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Shortness Of Breath

I am 75 years old and asthmatic for 45 years. Currently feeling wheezing and chest restriction and shortness of breath. I have with me Flohale, Budecort and Duolin suspension for nebulizing. Can you advise what combination, if any, they must be taken in. I am travelling and out of my country so will appreciate any guidance. Manmeet

Hi,

Noted your history about having asthma, having Flohale, Budecort and Duolin with you, have breathlessness and you are travelling out of country.
First of all, you must be aware of the dosages and duration of the medications you have to take when you are breathless since you are suffering from asthma for so long.
You can surely take the things available with you.
In cases of breathlessness in such a situation that you are travelling out of your country with known asthma you should carry oral medications for bronchodilation like Deriphylline and oral steroids.
If not available try to purchase from the pharmacy if you have a prescription.
Take the Flohale and budecort see the results.
Avoid polluted area, crowded places and avoid people with viral like symptoms.
If still no results then best to visit a Doctor and get treated accordingly.
