Suggest Treatment For Weakness, Dizziness, Diabetes Mellitus Type 1 And Nausea

I have DM type 1 take insulin. For the last 2 days I have been feeling weak , no energy and sometimes dizzy when I sit up after getting up from bed. Sometime I feel very nauseated. Had my blood pressure taken and it was 98/60 pulse 118. Please advise.
