My name is Lisa. My boyfriend is 49 he has been a diabetic for 12 yrs. About 2 yrs ago he had 2 heart attacks 1 stroke. He has been retaining lots of fluid threw his whole body. They diagnosed him with having a lazy bladder. So they gave him a prescription for self catheters because they where afraid of flud backing up in the kidneys. He was doing good until had to order more cath. We had a insurance situation and because of it 2 month went by and he started to retain body fluid. We finally got more self cath.he got rid of fluid but then started retaining more fluid even worse in his testicals and penis realy bad. Help me please.
