Suggest Treatment For Water Pimples On Fingers And Legs
Dear Sir.
My wife is suffring by some white colour,water pimples on hand fingers when these pimples was cracking and flow some fluid which was very panic,we consult to the skin specialist last 11-12 months now pimples are ok but we observed from one month some deep skretches on thies & legs.she is 22 yrs old.
want to know about this diseas & which type of take care to be taken.

I think she has probably developed stretch marks, which are due to breakdown of collagen meshwork.
Stretch marks are usually felt as a gap on running fingers over them.
One of the cause of developing stretch marks is Oral steroids, which she may have been prescribed for her eczematous condition on fingers.
Oral steroids are commonly prescribed in a lot of eczematous skin conditions and may cause cutaneous side effects like weight gain, acne, stretch marks etc if continued over a long duration Or if repeated course are given.
Stretch marks are permanent and it is not possible to erase them completely. Therefore, it is important to address the causative factors e.g Oral steroids to prevent further progression.
She may use tretinoin 0.05% cream once daily at night. Tretinoin has collagen remodelling property and may improve the appearance of stretch marks somewhat but not very significantly.
