my 9 year old son has 2-3 small white pimple like warts under his big toes and middle toe - on his right foot he has one under the big toe and one under the middle toe and on the left foot he as one under the big toe and another an inch away at the base of the toe. they are white and hard, resembling a white head pimple but he said they do not hurt. they do not look like plantar warts
