General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there.
Your child has been through a lot and hope we can help.
Now you have had him checked for ear and related problems but i suggest you also consult a neurologist and rule out Seizures. Now sometimes seizures may come without movements of hands and legs and in this age group you have to rule it out.
Also a cardiac assessment will help to see if he has any septal defects or valvular abnormalities which can explain why all the symptoms have not reduced despite extensive therapy.
Hope this helps.
