Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Bloating And Reduced Appetite
Image have had food poisoning, 5 days ago had a large meal, 3 days later vomited, have got bloating, had stomach pain, back, took 2 paracetamol that appears OK, still do not feel like eating, very bloated. What do you suggest I take. I am 72 weigh 57k.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection then because of the food poisoning then it needs to be treated in that manner only, I would suggest Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for five days if I use to see such patient, hope this information helps.
