Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Nose Bleed

Hi, my 3 year old son was playing in the playground and I spotted that he had a minor bleeding from his nose. I didn t notice him banging his head or falling down. He seemed alright after that and carried on playing. But at home he had vomiting. I m just abut concerned if the nose bleeding and vomiting are connected? Thank you

Yes, the nose bleeding and vomiting are connected.
The most probable reason being the blood that is swallowed causes gastritis and hence the vomiting.
If either of those continue visit ER. Clinical evaluation and examination and proper treatment
