I am trying to figure out what sort of health issue I am dealing with and what I should do about it. I have been extremely drowsy and weak for about 4 days; I feel like I am in a daze. For the first two days I believe it was because I had been vomiting for (more than) twelve hours at the rate of one or more times per half-hour. Now I can somewhat keep down food but I need to lay down afterwards to avoid vomiting. My right lymph node feels a bit swollen and at times I get the chills (no fever though). My neck feels a bit sore as well as some other areas which may just have to do with the vomiting. The worst part is the sleepiness; as you can see I am babbling and I think I am forgetting something...
