Suggest Treatment For Vision Disorder And Faintness Due To Antidepressants

I have no symptoms at this time, yet 3 weeks ago I admitted myself into the emergency room for vision disorder as I thought I was going to faint. I had been this away for almost 2 weeks. I had been put on a antidepressant that did not agree with me and that s when it all started. I am 52 years old and in fair shape. The MRI says that there is no restricted diffusion to suggest ischemia/infarction. There is no bleed or mass effect with no hydrocephalus and no extra-axial fluid collection. Normal appearance to the brainstem and cerebellum. Unremarkable sella and orbits. There is a nonacute cortical/subcortical wedge-shaped infarct with encephalomalacia in the right temporoparietal occipital region. There is mild ex vacuo ventricular enlargement of the adjacent right trigone and occipital horn. Cystic and non-cystic encephalomalacia is present. There is no space occupying lesion identified intracranially on noncontrast imaging. No brain dysmorphicfeatures are seen. No white matter abnormalities are seen Flow-void is preserved in the distal ICA bilaterally as well as throughout the course of the basilar artery. Emcephalomalacia consistent with old infarct in the right temp/occ region
