Suggest Treatment For Varicose Vein

I have a varicose vein, a major one on my right leg than runs over my knee. from a my foot to my back I am in crippling pain at times. I feel nauseas at times, very tired all the time. I do not have insurance or income to go to doctor, any idea what might be happening?

@ Varicose veins have different modality of approach according to the
severity
Conservative - keeping leg elevated over 3-4 pillows when resting
- elastocrepe bandage application when mobilise
- pain killers as and when required
Intervention - sclerotherapy - laser - ligation - stripping - bypass
@ Nausea and tiredness is separate entity need to be checked by physician
