Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Soreness With White Discharge In A Child
my 6 year old daughter regularly has a very red vagina area and it is sore, it also has a white discharge which smells vinegary and dries yellow in her panties. I give her probiotics and baths but it doesnt seem to go away. I have been to the Drs a number of time and they swab but never comes back with any thing wrong. Please help it is getting painful for her and we are out of options.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of urinary tract infection is very common in this age but here in her case in absence of other symptoms it may not be UTI, encourage her for drinking water, and better to get done the complete urine test, in my opinion it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
