Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

I got test results back from a urinalysis test I had done. I was having symptoms with bleeding, peeing alot about every 20-30 mins. and burning and a feeling of still having to go. The report said I had a bad UTI and my Urine Glucose was 1000 mg/dl. Is this unsual or a bad sign. I do have diabetes type 2 but is controlled with Jardiance and Glipizied.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to urinary tract infection. Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen after urologist consultation. You may require antibiotics after consultation. You can take syp cital. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
