General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion, based on the fact that your wife took different antibiotics I would recommend an examination before the treatment.

I would suggest a urine culture to see what type of bacteria is causing the infection and what antibiotic should be used.

Meanwhile, she can use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend her to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
