my 90 year old mother keeps getting U.T.I.s. Her urologist says she has urinary retention and that s why it keeps happening. He told me about a drug called Hiprex, which will change the chemistry of her urine and could possibly keep her from the developing the infections. Are you familiar with this?

it may be benign hyperplatia of prostate. ultrasound prostate and urine flow metry to be done. go for psa and consulturosurgeon for advise on treatment.can taketamcortin once daily
