Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Seizures

I have been having seizures for the past 6 months, but most have been just shaking and 2 times I have lost urinary incontinence. But last night when I put on my trilogy mask, i felt funny, my mouth started filling up with saliva and I couldn t swallow and thought I was going to choke to death. This has happened several times. Can it be a seizures?

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow my advise in detail:-
1)Do Urine examinations {RE/ME/Culture]to ruled out any infection present or not
2)Do full blood count with differential, ESR ,Tuberculin test
3)Do whole abdomen Ultrasound examination to ruled out ,kidney stone,Nephrocalcinosis,enlarged prostate etc
3)Do MRI scan to ruled out [Nocturnal Frontal Lobe Epilepsy,Metachromatic Leukodystrophy,Epilepsy ,Arachnoid Cysts,Brain Tumors,Spinal cord Infections,Hypothalamic Hamartoma,Brain Abscess,Cerebral AV Malformations etc and a detailed neurological clinical examination is required by any neurologist.
4)Do check [Fasting blood sugar] and [Thyroid stimulating hormone]
5)Finally do a chest X-ray to ruled out any symptom less lungs pathology like sarcoidosis .
