Suggest Treatment For Upper Right Arm Pain
My upper right arm has been giving me pain for several months. At first I thought it was from work I had been doing but neither ice nor Tylenol helped. The pain is rather constant but gets much worse if I attempt to exert it overmuch or raise my right arm above my head. Pain does not sting or burn, it feels more like a tight band around my arm squeezing. I find I am using my right arm less and less to avoid the pain.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm may be the cause and it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen once in day, it may be due to cervical spine disease and to rule out this better to get done the imaging study of cervical spine hope this information helps.
