Suggest Treatment For Upper Leg Pain When Diagnosed With Spondylitis

I have Anklylosing Spondylitis but recently have started having upper leg pain. Am currently on SIMPONI for about 5 years. My doc took me off of oxy when PRINCE died so now I do not take any pain meds. NSAIDS gave me severe diarrhea which I am still dealing with every day for six months.

Hi,

Your symptoms are related to ankylosing spondylitis.

The first step of treatment of this diagnosis is anti-inflammatory medication.

They are necessary to relieve the pain and inflammation.

For diarrhea, you can use over-the-counter medication such as Imodium and probiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
